WHO WE ARE

Accurate Litho & printing co.'s story

Our original typolog, or typeface catatlog, circa 1950.
From our archives, a full color booklet catalog, printed in 1965.

We've been doing this a long time...a really, really long time.

Begun in 1941, Accurate Litho and Printing Co. made a name for itself printing maps used in the World War 2 effort. After the war, Accurate Litho began to focus on serving local businesses, specializing in company catalogs and promotional material, in both black and white and process color (which trust us, was a BIG deal). We were one of the first print shops in the city to offer offset lithography, and later one of the earliest to offer digital printing.

Today, we have a reputation for finding ways to make the unusual happen. Our nontraditional organization, smaller size, and commitment to our customers give us more flexibility and creative freedom to discover customized solutions to save you money and offer unrivaled customer service. We are proud to be San Antonio's premier printer.

Three generations Strong

Plenty of businesses can say that they are a family owned business, but how many can say they have been in the same family for seven decades? We can!

This gives us incredible strength in our work ethic, values, and knowledge. Our quality and commitment to our customers hasn't changed, but with each generation, we have better adapted our services and technology to meet the modern customer's needs. Old school work ethic combined with modern technology ensures that your print job will be handled with skill and care.

What makes Us DIFFERENT

You ever notice how most printers' favorite word is no? At Accurate Litho, we work with you to make your vision a reality. Have an out there idea, but not sure how to make it happen? We can help you!

What makes us different? We reject the modern print shop organization that silos its employees into roles: salespeople, designers, technicians, planners, buyers...Here, you will work with individuals who understand and work with the full picture, not just their fraction.

That means smoother projects, broader capabilities, and better support.
